Inside Prana Vidya

Prana Vidya: Awaken, Direct & Heal with Prana

Prana is more than breath—it is the living current yogic masters learned to awaken, amplify, and direct. This Mira-led journey turns that vast tradition into a magnetic step-by-step experience: feel prana in your own hands, map the chakras and five vayus, ignite Manipura, build a pranic reservoir, direct energy with focused consciousness, and unite everything in a complete Prana Vidya healing ritual.

Is this your next practice?

This course is designed for you if…

You are curious about prana but want a clear place to begin.
You notice subtle sensations and want to understand them with more structure.
You learn best through short explanations followed by guided practice.
You want a self-paced practice you can revisit and deepen over time.

Begin as a complete beginner. The learning path starts with observation and builds one practice at a time.

What changes through practice

By the end, you’ll be able to…

Sense prana through the breath, palms, inner body, and subtle field
Work with the chakras, nadis, five vayus, mudras, mantra, and full yogic breathing
Awaken Manipura and build a strong inner reservoir of pranic energy
Direct prana through the hands, concentration, visualisation, mantra, and Ajna awareness
